Pricing is quoted for each job

A number of factors are taken into consideration:

Location 

Number of men required

Distance between jobs

Parking and access inside the building

Toll charges and congestion zones

Any other costs which need to be considered -e.g. overnight stay on longer jobs.

Fuel will be charged on longer distance jobs and inculded in the price of your removal

MAN AND VAN PRICING

For any jobs we have a minimum booking time of 1.5 hrs. If our time runs over we bill up to the nearest half hour slot. E.g. 1hr 50mins would be billed at 2 hrs time. A 1.5 hr slot is generally for individual items or very small amounts.

Prices for a van and one man are as follows.  This is for a skilled, experienced member of staff and goods in transit insurance.  Costs are all inc and no Vat is added.

Please enquire for two man prices.  Usually with two men we need to book for longer periods than 1.5 hrs

HOUSE REMOVAL PRICING

Removal bookings are generally taken in day or half day bookings. Longer distance jobs will be priced on the job. Unless the customer adds extra pickups or is not honest about what the job consists of you will be given a price and that is what you will pay. No hidden extras etc! This is usually worked out using a slightly discounted hourly rate on the time taken for the journey plus the cost of the fuel only. No wear and tear, mileage on the vans etc is added as this is factored into the hourly rate.

Fuel is free within brighton and hove and surrounding villages.  HALF DAY MOVES START FROM AS LITTLE AS £160 WITH TWO MEN AND DAY MOVES FROM £320 WITH TWO MEN.

HOUSE CLEARANCE PRICING

House clearance pricing is dependent on many factors and will need to be calculated. We are charged by weight and what type of rubbish we are getting rid of. Most items are covered under general waste, however items such as televisions and fridges are charged at an extra rate. Please call or email for prices.

THE ONLY TIME PRICING WILL EVER GO OVER THE QUOTED AMOUNT IS IF FOR EXAMPLE WE HAVE MADE AN ALLOWANCE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING IN TIME ON A JOB AND WE GO OVER.
